How to delete your account
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- From the top navigation bar, click on your username
- Select My Account
- Scroll down to the account settings section
- Click on Delete Account
- Confirm your request
What happens after you delete your account
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- You will no longer be able to log in
- Your personal profile will no longer be visible
Data retention
- Your orders and invoices will NOT be deleted
- This data is kept for legal and financial record purposes
- No new activity can be performed after deactivation
Processing time
- Account deactivation happens instantly after confirmation
